BassoonFest 22 was a wonderful day featuring massed bassoons (and contras) playing Light Cavalry Overture by Suppe, and Academic Festival Overture by Brahms, both arranged for 8+ bassoons/contras. Conducted by David Minchin, we managed to get to grips with both pieces and you can see the results here!
